A wise man by the name of Bob Proctor give me the idea of writing down 6 goals that you need to do each day right before you go to bed and then when you wake up do them. He learned this from aomeone else earlier in his life. I have been doing that at least 5 days a week for about a month now. I have noticed by doing so, my habits have changed for the better. I find myself with more time than I though I had had to get things done because I has kept me from procrastinating and making things more complicated by making excuses not to do things. It interesting how a little change in habit and commitment changes everything.
