A Though About Meditation.

When you use
mindful awareness and concentrated meditation as a tool to change your thoughts and vibrations you can change your subconscious preceptions and prejudices. As a result you will change your life. As you think it today…you become it tomorrow. Sow the seeds you want. Get rid of the weeds. For me that is what meditation is all about. It is a time to clear away the negitive and magnify the good. My two cents.

Be careful of those people that you run all over.

Sometimes, they may also need you to lean on.

They may have more to offer than 1000 four leaf clovers.

One day you may find them gone.

Their inpact is something you wont be able to replace.

Their giving hearts have grown so sad.

This could be very painful to face.

You may find yourself not feeling so glad.

You might cry.

You might shed tears of disgrace.

A part of them might die.

They may find a way to again feel alive

You may go though your next days.

You may feel like you are in haze

For that big mistake.

Something you cant erase.

You were too busy with what you could take.

With you, they may forever rest their case.
